Hi I’m Joe Aschoff, the owner and broker of Ag Land Realty, LLC as well as Aschoff Auction Company, LLC.
I was born and raised on a farm just west of Osmond, Ne. My wife Angie and I have three daughters Madison, Allison and Erin. We currently live in Osmond where my wife teaches 6th grade and our daughters attend school.
I have been an auctioneer since high school and worked many auctions over the years.
I attended World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2009 along with selling John Deere equipment for 15 years.
In 2019 I earned my Real Estate Brokers license and started Ag Land Realty, LLC. In 2017 I earned my Real Estate license and started Aschoff Auction Company, LLC as well as selling Real Estate.
Jenny Wingert
Jenny Wingert is a licensed real estate agent and has been with Ag Land Realty since March of 2021. She is licensed to sell all types of real estate. Terry Wilkerson
Terry and his wife Sandy live northeast of Coleridge. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015. He farmed for over 40 years, raising hogs, corn and soybeans.
