ABOUT JOE
Joe Aschoff is the owner and broker of Ag Land Realty, LLC and owner of Aschoff Auction Company, LLC. Raised on a family farm west of Osmond, Nebraska, Joe developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for agriculture at an early age — values that continue to guide his business today.
Joe and his wife Angie are proud to call Osmond home, along with their three daughters, Madison, Allison, and Erin. Angie is a longtime 6th grade teacher in the community.
With decades of auction and sales experience, Joe began his auctioneering career while still in high school and later graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2009. He also spent 15 years selling John Deere equipment, building trusted relationships with farmers, landowners, and rural families throughout Northeast Nebraska.
In 2017, Joe earned his Nebraska Real Estate License and launched Aschoff Auction Company, LLC. He continued expanding his services by earning his Real Estate Broker’s License in 2019 and founding Ag Land Realty, LLC. Today, Joe specializes in agricultural land sales, auctions, and rural real estate, combining industry expertise, local knowledge, and a commitment to honest, personalized service for every client.

He grew up on a farm east of St. Edward, graduated from St. Edward High School and then Northeast Community College with a degree in Diesel Technology.
